    All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery Timelines

    We ship worldwide from our facility. The estimated transit times vary depending on the destination region:

  • Japan and East Asia: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Germany and Western Europe: 5 to 10 business days.

  • Russia: 10 to 20 business days (depending on local customs clearance and regional postal services).

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

  1. Shipping Rates and Costs

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide transparent rates based on the package weight and destination to ensure there are no hidden fees.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. YR1 Store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT applied to your package upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  3. Order Tracking

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier website.
