Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at YR1 Store. As a curated boutique specializing in rare and avant-garde designer collections, we maintain an exceptionally strict quality control standard. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Return Conditions (Strictly Non-Acceptance of General Returns)

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for general changes of mind or personal preferences. Returns and refunds are strictly restricted to the following two scenarios:

  • Product Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of every single item we source. If there is a verified dispute regarding authenticity, a full return and refund will be issued.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Returns are accepted if the item is proven to be defective or damaged prior to dispatch, or if the wrong item was received.

Note on Quality Control: To ensure fairness, our team takes detailed photos and video recordings of every single product during the packing and dispatch process to verify that the item is in pristine condition when leaving our facility.

  1. Damaged Parcels Upon Arrival

    Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  • If the package arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us immediately at service@yr1.ltd with unboxing proof.

  • Once verified as our responsibility, we will accept the return, process a full refund or exchange, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

  1. Authorized Return Process & Shipping Fees

    If a return is officially approved after our evaluation (for authenticity or verified quality issues):

  • You must contact us first at service@yr1.ltd to request a return. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Fee Responsibility: For any authorized returns or exchanges not caused by our errors, the buyer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original designer packaging.

  1. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in compliance with local regulations. The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  2. Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@yr1.ltd.
